陽明店的自助式沙拉吧以頂級食材和豐富菜色著稱,午餐時段可單點,並附餐湯、法式餐包及飲料,多年來廣受顧客青睞。沙拉吧每日提供四樣熱食、冷盤、生菜、甜點與水果,熱食部分有一款固定的經典全素咖哩,讓素食者也能輕鬆享用美味;其二則是每次變換不同口味的義大利麵,如白酒、墨魚、筆管、細麵等種種變化,充滿驚喜;其三是西式蔬菜,如節瓜、花椰菜等;其四是一款招牌葷食,如牛腩、小豬腳、魚或雞等。
冷盤部分則有道地的現拌沙拉,和最搶手的煙燻挪威鮭魚,可依個人喜好搭配洋蔥、酸豆,煙燻鮭魚色澤飽和、油亮Q彈、香氣濃郁,是老闆十多年來不惜成本堅持不變的頂級品質。生菜區則採用進口的水耕蔬菜,可選擇搭配千島醬、芒果醬、蘋果醋、義大利油醋、橄欖油、紫蘇梅、附盆子優格、和風、油醋、凱薩醬等10款醬料,並灑上起司粉、椰子絲、葡萄乾、烤培根、小麵包丁、黑白芝麻等6種配料,享受新鮮無負擔的健康蔬食。
甜點區的糕點都由廚房現做,不假外人之手,招牌的傳統雞蛋布丁,以牛奶加上雞蛋隔水烘烤,具有天然的蛋香;此外如芝麻慕司蛋糕和手工餅乾,也都是經典甜品。布查花園採用好食材的堅持,同時反映在水果上,哈密瓜、木瓜、西瓜等常備款,採用台灣頂級貨源,甜度與新鮮都是絕佳,讓水果區也成為店內招牌之一。
